disgusted with service provided

<p>We were truely disgusted with the service experienced at gold reef city theme park. I am a family of 5 and is unemployed and had to save up for 4 month to come to The theme park. I paid 950 for 5 of us. It was 16:15 and our last ride was the Anacondo....save the best for last. We were turned away advising us that the rides were closed. My twin daughters were so disappointed with the service we received and cried the whole way home. What is gold reef city without a ride on the anaconda. I'm very disappointed and something needs to be done</p>
