Disgracful Conduct

I have visited Gold Reef City Theme Park and it really shocking to experience this kind of customer service.Is disgraceful to know that Gold Reef is all out there to just make money and not give customers their value for money. All they want is to just get the Park filled and make people wait in lines for not less that 50 to 60min and some rides more that a 1hr.There is no security in the lines where people jump the lines and also to experience a fight in the line of the 4D where I decided to get out and leave. Gold Reef City is getting from bad to worse and all the Park is doing is nothing. Just all out there to make money. A warning to people out there especially people from outside JHB,Gold Reef City Theme park is a waste of valuable money.
