Curruption and Poor service

This place is a shame with very poor service and *******ion on the main floor slots . 1.waiters are not helpfull or visible at all you request service it will goes green,orange and red on screen without anyone attending to you. 2.you report to supervisors they dont care which shows that they hire their relatives very poor management of beverages staff. 3.Slots Machines only works for specific individuals more especially main floor lightning machines only specific individuals and same win the Grand Jackpor and Major . 4.slot machine no. 2 from left at lightning stayed for over 3 full weeks with maximum major jackpot while we been chasing with all bets but never droped because those specific induviduals were not even showing up or told not to come . once they were available after more than 3 full weeks weeks it dropped easily to those
