Complaint seems to be ignored

I have been given a promotional voucher-2 tickets to the Theme Park.I Decided to use this on 18th Oct.After walking from the casino to the Theme Park the security guard indicated that the premises was closed to the public.I thereafter walked back to the casino and asked for assistance from the promotional team.I was referred to Solomon who indicated the Lionel would be able to help me.He recorded my details and indicated that he will forward this to Lionel.I had even called GRC on 20 October,I had left a message for Lionel since he was not reachable but there has been no response.I am quite upset with the unresponsive attitude that I am faced with
