On Friday (15/04/2016) we took a client to lunch at Vigour & Verve in Gold Reef City, we ordered & ate, when the waiter came to take the plate away an insect crawled out from underneath my clients plate, when we checked it we realised it was a \****ROACH\", disgusted we called the waiter to our surprise the waiter said that this is a problem that they are experiencing, he then called someone who was supposed to be the supervisor the gentleman heard our compliant and then he had the audacity to say \"thank you for your feedback\" we demanded to speak to someone in higher authority and the manager then came, he admitted that this is a problem not only experienced by them but the restaurant next to them \"Ocean Basket\" he further said that this problem is also because of the outside area, this is not my problem as the client, I am disgusted and disappointed to think that such a well known name \"TSOGO SUN\" doesn't do inspections to check on hygiene. Is a clean environment too much to ask for?"
