Best service ever

Recently emailed the theme park for an enquiry on the birthday policy. I needed to know if all my siblings would enter for free in October on the 9th when I take my son as its his birthday. The consultant requested for my contact number and called me. She was so pleasant youd swear I was chatting to an old friend. We laughed so hard at the fact that Only my son would enter for free and the rest of the October people would have to visit on their actual days. It was such a lovely call I didn't even mind the fact that Id have to pay (lol). Her name is Grace. #win #impressed
