BAD SURVICE - NOT Faithful

Purchased tickets on the 7th May - Phoned about an hour and a half after purchase to ask if we would be able to get a refund as our car broke down along the way, They the lady said that we would be able to get a refund, I must just send an email - After doing just that, I have been notified that they do not do any refunds at all.
