Bad Service

I booked tickets online for the 25 September 2021 , when we got there they had electricity issue therefore we had to return home , we were told that tickets will be valid until 30 November 2021 . i checked all date and they are all fully booked so i asked them to refund me and sent them my banking detail on the 3 November 2021 , still have not received any feedback since .
