Bad service

Saturday went to gold reef city theme park and it was packed as usual and i didnt have any problem with it till they deicded to close their rides earlier and we pay full amount at the gate, i didnt go onto many rides because you spend an hour on the ques for one ride and it rained on saturday which made the time less to go on rides. at about 16:20pm when i went to tower of terror they told me that the que is been cut to go on the ride and to my understanding the park closes at 5pm and no one at the cashers told me that the ques will be cut at any stage and thats unacceptable. i called the supervisor to come and tell me why is this happening he then decided there to show me some board written something about '' management discreet'' which i told that that why dont they make this visible at the gate when we enter the theme park and i found him very rude the way he was explaining to me then i asked to see the manager then manager on duty came and he didnt even assist me am really am dissapointed with the way they handle customers complain, they are just plain and *********** for their post for such big theme park. my money went to waste because of the number of rides i couldidnt go o
