Bad Response to Customers being stuck in Elevator

<p>After a lovely evening during the Miss India SA pageant, we were stuck in an evelator at the lyric theater for over 20 minutes. We kept calling the operator from inside but she was not helpful at all! We were already anxious and she did not make the situation any better by laughing at us and making fun of our stress. She didnt seem to take us seriously and she didnt even attempt to make us fell better or try to calm us down. One of the passengers in lift was claustrophobic and was alreadypanicking, it didnt help that the only person who could help us was laughing and making light of the situation. After the maintanance staff came to assist we were all in need of medical attention. </p> <p>Please train your staff better!</p>
