Bad customer service at Gold Reef City Casino

Zinnie Shabalala-Hotel Night Auditor-very bafly mannered. I sat at the chair to close my eyes for 2 minutes from the bright piercing light. And she stood and screamed for other hursts to hear. Indisted that i was sleeping. Having ulcers twice in my eyes make them extremely sensitive to light and since i didnt drive myself here because night driving is currently dangerous i didnt carry my glasses. I sat waiting for my transport. It was a really embarrassing situation in the way she cond6hersekf. Being a frequent traveler to different parts if the world this is the worst costumer service to date. As a South African myself its sad that our people dont know how to listen and then speak. Instesd she made me stand i front of the chair i was sitting on. GOLD REEF CITY...up your service and staff training. TOTALLY DISGUSTED. Sad to say i have stayed at their hotels many times but will never pay to stay there again.
