Bad bad bad service

<p>Got to the place looked very chilled but no no no. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean a table where we had to be seated. Our waiter oh my god she literally strolls. We were uncomfortable with the seat and we requested one outside and we had to wait she went outside and didn't come back to us she strolled right past didn't come back. I ordered a milkshake and when I took a sip there was a lemon pip in it. We haven't received a formal apology the manager literally took everything and walked away. Gold reef is such a beautiful place with such a piece of **** inside please get rid of that damn place</p>
