Abuse of Power - Threatened by staff

<p>This is another cruel incident- once again!</p> <p>I was visiting Gold Reef City Casino -</p> <p>I went to a movie with family and friends-</p> <p>the first incident happened at Steers (July 9) can't recall the time around 15:00 - 17:00)</p> <p>We went to order- but the one staff member was operating at a seperate till on the left and I asked but what about serving us? She responded: 'there is only one queue'</p> <p>I was puzzled and I said okay well that's strange because there were 2 other sections to be served and no one was assisting-</p> <p>so only after the man responded (he addressed himself as manager) was rude to say "I'll help, just wait!" I said: "You don't have to speak to me like that" - "Please help the child"</p> <p>The 'manager' went on to be rude-</p> <p>So when my little cousing ordered his ice cream-0 he asked antoehr employee to please add chocolate sauce and her resposne was "NO!" Then i came in and said- "You don't have to be rude"</p> <p>Then i walked away from the matter- and the other waiter said to her work colleague, she said I am a "Stuzan" - however you pronounce it- it translates to *** or moffie</p> <p>then I sai EXCUSE ME???</p> <p>How can you talk about someone like that- I called her an "Ewesfebe, magosha" and soiad you a rude woman! and she laughed and laughed - she thought I wouldn't understand the Zulu/Sotho language,. she was shocked to know that I knew the language!!!</p> <p>Then I lost my cool and was distort- and these duty manager's (that called themselves managers- Nkosikile, whatevr his name is) was laughing and not letting her apologise- etc. They never once dealt with the matter and she was laughing the entire time while we were being chased away!!!???????</p> <p>And she also went to say THAT IS WHY I GET ****ED IN THE ASS!!! - what a rude slodge!!! Apparently her name is Lorraine- can't even be sure and the guy there who claimed to be the manager- what a rude rude person.</p> <p> </p> <p>And then top it all I went to the Prive section to enquire about something regarding my cousin's black card- asking can one get a discount with a coffee- then the lady (waitress) took the cardd and gave it to the person on duty, he didn't want to give the card back- when I asked he said it was policy- thewn when i asked the daughter to enquire the (duty manager came, was rude again- the person wearing glasses was on duty and started getting cheeky when I requested to speak to the person in charge) He threatened to **** me...</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady Rochelle- indicated that people would be in contact- so hopefully this all get's resolved- as I don't know what the next step is</p> <p> </p>
