Lack of Communication

More than three months ago, I submitted all the required supporting documents as requested. Since then, I have received no feedback, no updates, and no indication of the progress of my matter. Despite my efforts to follow up, I am still waiting for a response.

As a customer, I expect timely communication and transparency, especially after providing all the required documentation. It is unacceptable to keep customers waiting for such an extended period without any explanation.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be urgently investigated and resolved, and if someone could provide me with a clear update on the status of my application/claim.
