I need my money i invessted with them

I called them early March 2014 requesting what they refer as buyback (simple language is withdrawing/redeeming my investment). Only on and about June that I got a positive response in that I was told to submit proof of banking details and copy of my ID book. however I was told that I can only get my money on and definitely 19 of December 2014. I made numerous calls to confirm this and their response was positive. to my surprise when I called on the 19 I was told that I should check around 21/22nd December 2014. Nothing was paid out and when I made follow I was told that they are on leave and I should check after festive seasons.<br> <br> in short I was then left with no choice but to wait until January 2015, I then called on the 2nd of January and was informed that your staff will resume work the following week. This is when I called on the 4th and I was advised to call on the 6th , when I called on the 6th this is when I was told that everyone from finance department will resume work on the 15th of January 2015. when I called on the 15th, to cut story short to date I still haven't got my money back..<br> its killing me and financially frustrating. Am I losing my money or ? you are my hope
