Extreemly bad custormer service

I have been sent from pillar to post by these people..they can't give you straight answers they asked for Affidavits I sent ..they keep asking for different things and they only response you get is..we still checking..for almost a year..I think this is a big ****..who can help us to get our monies that we invested in coins? it was nice when they collected money now we struggling..
