Gold for Life

<div>After my previous submission on the 6th of September 2024 on this platform, complaining about the incredibly difficult, slow, infuriating service and lack of accountability to release my late father's Gold Mandela Twin set coins which was approved on the 28th of February 2024 and the application submitted on the 30th of November 2023. I thought that when the company contacted me on the 15th of October 2024, I was going to receive the coins.

To my surprise, I am now told that only one of the coins can be either released or bought back as the other coin cannot be released/bought as I submitted an affidavit for it which the company advised on as the original certificate was never received. This on top of the delays and non communication from Gold For Life. To make matters worse, I was informed that the coin release would most probably take place next year with no specific date and that there would be additional administrative and storage fees charged which I was never informed of prior to the 1st of November 2024.

The only option I have left to receiving the coins is to actually take legal action. Even the response from Gold For Life to this post will be, " sorry to hear about this matter, we will investigate and get back to you." Which is a delay and nothing will happen.</div>
