Cancellation

on the 6th November I enquired about cancelling my contract , Jasmi just told me there's a cancellation fee involved I should just email her , I have email and called several times and she hasn't come back to me about my enquiry , I feel she doesn't take her job serious or even care about client service <br> I refuse to pay any cancellation fee and want my refund on all money owing to me <br> the company has also debit my bank account before the agreed date on which my debit order has been set I had to pay unpaid fee of R125 , they said Lesego would get back to Me which he didn't.<br> I am really unhappy with their service , I want all my money owing to me.
