Price and billing issues

A domain I bought a year ago and never used was auto-renewed. I don't recall ever requesting this as it was a business experiment at the time. I tried to immediately cancel but was charged for the full price and told co.za domains are no refundable. I feel that the auto-renew option should be more of a process to opt into, or at least there should be a refund within 24hrs of payment going off. I bought another domain shortly after this happened and have just see that it is also set up as an auto-renewal, even though I purposefully avoided making the same mistake and did not select it.

On another issue, the amount displayed as the price of most recent domain went up by R50 when I reached the checkout stage.
