ICANN breach and ******ion tactics

My domain expired 4 days ago, got a redemption fee for 450% the original purchase price spoke to Divia from support, she was no help and did not want to escalate my concern after some inspection I came to the realization that GoDaddy is in breach of there ICANN agreement regarding domain deletion policy especially all of section 3.75. after informing the support agent she simply did not escalate my query or allowed to speak to her supervisor I was keeping my cool throughout this. Godaddy is ********* and uses ******ion tactics when it comes to domain renewals
