Economy Hosting Package is a ****

I bought the Economy Package which guarantees 99.9% uptime. I have never had anything close. Everyday, for the past six months, my site has been inaccessible due to Error524. And my site is not even live yet. There is no traffic. It is a small and basic blog. I have been in contact with Live Chat Support more than I can count. And nothing has been resolved. And neither are the diagnoses consistent.

Also, when you buy the Economy Hosting package, you will buy an UNsecured domain. If you want an SSL certificate for your site, they will ask you to buy one, and it is not cheap. If you use Cloudflare for your SSL (because its free and easy), they will point to this as the reason for your site problems. When you push them on this, they will back down, and switch to another 'reason', never mentioning cloudflare again.
