Worst hosting provider ever!

Really pathetic hosting and support. I am paying for unlimited storage and have been getting constant issues. Their support staff never get back to you, they can't help me on the phone since (after holding for 45 minutes) the agent on the phone in South Africa had such a thick eastern accent I couldn't understand him. They have gone to being the worst hosting provider ever!
