They make a mistake - I get billed. HORRIBLE

Domain was cancelled.

Renewal billing failed. Why?

Because they billed the incorrect card on my account.

Guess what? It's my problem. 80$ Redemption Fee's + 10$ domain renewal fee's.

I told the support lady how bad this form of business is. She tried to sweeten me up with 50% off the redemption fee's. I'm forced to take it or I risk losing my domain name.

I WILL NOT BE USING GODADDY AS MY REGISTRAR AGAIN.

Non personal, bad business. Rather stick to a local company that understands you, your needs and your business.
