Shocking service and non-compliance with GDPR!

Useless and trying to take money from my account after I have cancelled my orders due to the very poor service and incompetence of the business. How Microsoft can have them as a distributor and agent for their product is beyond logic.

Every time I want to log in, it tells me my UN or PW is wrong! I have to change it every time. And even when cancelling email addresses and products, they continue to try and deduct money from my account - at a cost due to the fee bouncing because I have moved all funds from the account so that GoDaddy cannot try and extract money they are not entitled to.

I had a long conversation with all sorts of promises with their WhatsApp agent yesterday. Lo and behold, today, another attempt to ****** money from me.

When you complain and send a screenshot, they want you to go through the whole jolly process all over again! Boggles my mind.

I would love to know who to escalate this to.
