If there was was able to give them zero stars I would. Atrocious customer support and etiquette! Their consultants even hang up on you when they hear you're calling to complain, without even hearing you out. I canceled my order and instead of reimbursing me with the full amount I had paid, they kept some of my money - for services that did not work at all. For an entire week I tried to call and get help to no avail. There is no customer service email. Their call line - you will be put on hold forever until you lose patience and drop. Do NOT do it do NOT take up any of their services.
