Redemption fee on your OWN Inability???

I wish there was less than one. What a Disappointment. Similar Problem to one of the other reviews on here already. Never got a renewal notice for my Domain name except on the day it was canceled. Everything was set to renew but, somehow, due to their uselessness, did not come off my account. No they want me to pay a redemption fee of R1300 on Something that costs R99 per year. Bunch of *****ed ********s who Dont care about their customers. Well Done! You have just lost ANOTHER customer.
