So my bank card expired and the yearly renewal was unsuccessful. I immediately logged onto their site to do a manual payment, just tonsee a redemption fee 15 times of my yearly fee. I phoned them and argued you get a grace period, only to be told the.co.za extension is excluded from this grace period. What a bunch of ******. This will be my last year with these ********s.
