No Support No Feedback for COVID-19 Site

We have been waiting for 3 days for our COVID-19 awareness website to go live. It is absolutely unacceptable this site serves as a compliance COVID-19 Site and we cannot receive any feedback, support or assistance from GoDaddy.

We need our site up now, it is of paramount importance in relation to the Pandemic! No social responsibility from company!
