If hell was a place on earth. GoDaddy would be it.

I purchased a domain and hosting from GoDaddy two days ago. I also purchased a security certificate.

When my hosting went live I tried setting up a new Multisite Wordpress install. Couldn't do anything with subdomains as Chrome and other browsers flat out refused to open the sub domains. Not even allowing me to proceed after clicking advanced.

After struggling to find the web page for support in my country I finally found a page with a "chat now" function. That just loads and doesn't work. I waited more than an hour.

I decide to phone them directly and after waiting for quite a while ask them to phone me back. They never phone back.

I decide to call them again and after wasting more airtime on waiting I get in contact with Clep / Cleb. I tell him I'm frustrated with the product and service and that they never called me back.

He proceeds to tell me the number is wrong. I try telling him I know what my number is but halfway through he proceeds to interrupt and talk over me to tell me how I am wrong.

In over 20 years of developing websites and working with various hosting companies I have never experienced anything close to this shocking level of terrible service.

This company probably is the closest thing to hell on earth.
