GoDaddy's support team is horrible

It difficult for me to describe how much I hate godaddy. It is impossible to get anything from your support team. I've been trying to cancel a renewal for months, proving impossible. They are more than happy to charge my account and ignore all attempts of mine to cancel the horrible service
