GoDaddy.com - Domain Transfer Away

I have been trying to get my domain transferred away from GoDaddy for almost a month now. Every time their support team via a chat bot tells me to click on link to accept the transfer and then as per standards wait 5-7 days. I have not done this process 4 times already and still my domain is still not transferred. As soon as my new hosting provider tries to accept the transfer they receive feedback that the transfer is still pending. The initial request to transfer the domain was done on the 5th Aug... today 22 Aug I am still waiting and have just spend another hour with another call agent trying to get this sorted, but at the end, all they say is sorry for the inconvenience, but please click on this link and approve the transfer.... ooooh but yes, you going to have to wait another 5-7 days.

I am getting the impression that they are delaying the transfer to ensure another full month subscription can be deducted.

This is really very bad service, and I am getting very frustrated with this. Trying to find a mail address to escalate the issue is impossible. I have tried finding contact information for Kevin Doerr - SVP Domains @ GoDaddy, but that is even a bigger mission.

I really hope that somebody at GoDaddy reads this... I will really appreciate feedback.
