GoDaddy - support staff are too much!

I have had an absolutely frustrating experience using GoDaddy in South AFrica. There product offering and service support leaves a lot to be desired. Their consultants are inconsistent in their knowledge and experience. inconsistent in their advice. There have been a number of issues using the technology. Yes it is user friendly but the inconsistency is too much to stomach.
