GoDaddy support is useless

I registered a .co.za domain more than 24 hours ago. It doesn't show up under my products. I did a whois lookup and the domain isn't even registered. I contacted there customer support, the agent can't even speak proper english, they can't tell me what is wrong and they tell me there is no one that can help me right now because its a weekend. I worked for a large scal internet hosting company I needed to be available at all hours. How is not having support on a weekend even a business model anymore for a large tech company.
