Godaddy stole $200 in cancelled hosting

Last night, GoDaddy support agreed to cancel my WordPress hosting, and refund me for the 2 years I'd paid for in advance. I wake up this morning to find the refund has been refused, AND they've cancelled the hosting anyway, effectively *****ING $200 from me.
