Godaddy "redemption fee" should be reported to the consumer counsel in SA.

Want to charge a "redemption fee" for services they did not supply yet. If you for whatever reason did not pay your domain service fee UPFRONT in time then they somehow have ownership of your brand and they stop the service (Which is reasonable if you don't pay in time) BUT THEN they want to charge you a penalty "Redemption fee" for getting your Brand back? I think we should take this to the consumer counsel and see if they have the right to charge a fee for a service not rendered yet.
