GoDaddy/ disgusted /despondent /bad service

We are running a Law firm and just lost All incoming emails almost 4 weeks ago. We have tried IT people to investigate after I personally spent hours on line with Call Center, only to get promises to fix the problem but I had to wait for 3 to 5 days for them to resolve problems. after 3 attempts, no success and we lost many hours and emails. Very upset and despondent with such a service provider and we battle for 3 weeks to cancel and move to a new ISP. Lost clients and business and income . GoDaddy a big no no.
