According to their site GoDaddy pride themselves on 24/7 customer service and great consultants to assist at a reasonable price.

I have called their service desk six times, addressed my issues with each different consultant six times and received a promise of a call back, to which nothing has transpired. Do not waste your time as this firm is clearly committing ***** by accepting payment, parking your site and are incredibly difficult to reach for assistance
