Go Daddy is the pits

This must be the worst service provider in the industry. I have not been able to access my email account for 4 days now. When trying to contact them for assistance I was made to hold an average of 8 minutes. One technical support staff member sent instructions to change my DNS settings with the instruction full of exclamation marks. The general tone and message were that you had better change the settings and it needs to be exactly like this. I got someone else in the industry to check both my email applications and my settings were confirmed to be exactly the way they should be in both accounts. I will be moving my services to a new service provider as soon as I'm connected to their system.

Good luck with staying in business Go Daddy. The worst ever, my advise is stay away
