Friendly support staff and a full cash refund of my hosting fees
After paying for 2 years' WordPress hosting, I decided to move my website to Squarespace, as their website builder is a lot easier to use. Wordpress support staff helped me move my website away from GoDaddy, AND refunded almost all of the 2 years' hosting I'd paid for. So nice to get good service in this day and age.
