Deducting fees without my consent

Good day

I need assistance on this Godaddy.com that has been deducting payments from my bank account. I have never open an account with them as i do not need their services.

I've came to notice from my account that its the 2nd year deducting without my consent.

I called they answer and while im the phone the agent is speaking on other side and not attending to my call I've called x3. This comes across very *****ulant as to answering and not communicating but my airtime is running out while im waiting.

I need help to unsubscribe and get refunded.
