Customer Care - 404 not found

So after several calls and chats with GoDaddy, my domain renewal finally works but at my cost. A redemption fee has been added which I was promised will not be and no late fees because of an issue on GoDaddy's side. Today, it is not the case, GoDaddy did not maintain their word. I truly upset with the fact that I had to constantly follow up with them and the only feedback I received was, wait another 24 or 48 hours. Really bad service.
