Cannot cancel yearly auto renewal. Funds taken off my account.

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to cancel my yearly subscription to a couple of domains via the godaddy portal, I cannot disable auto renew via the web site and had to phone in to have the renewal cancelled, being told it has been disabled. I recently got a mail mentioning one of my domains will be auto renewed. I logged into the go-daddy portal I am still not able to cancel my auto renewal. The renewal took place and deducted 1 800.00 off of my account. This is for a service I won't be using. Not being able to cancel a service and having the service deduct funds of my account is plain *****. I am not happy with their service and would not recommend anyone else to make use of it.</p>
