Broker service broken.

Their broker service you have the option to pay for is useless. They charge for it but their response is horrific not to mention the process. If the owner of the domain you want don't respond, their strategy is to just keep on increasing the offer (need to mention their brokers take a big % of the final amount).

Worst experience ever!
