All upsell and no support

Stay away! From the start, the experience is all upsell and no support. You can see it from the design of the terrible dashboard with offers taking up about 90% of the space and actual useful features being hidden away in hard-to-find menus. They let domains expire, with multiple payment methods loaded, and then ransom the domain back to you for a ridiculous "reclamation" fee while stating that a "backup payment method does not apply to domains" - what?! After finally having enough and deciding to move all my domains away from Godaddy I was met with slow responses, clueless agents, and help in the form of "I guess try again" - I kid you not!
