A bunch of idiots!

My renewal date was set for today, keep in mind auto renew was on. A few hours pass and I notice that our website is down yet it was meant to renew itself, I head to godaddys website to find a "Redemption Fee" added to the total of the fees for the domain, now this is the best part, the auto renewal miraculously didn't work when it was suppose to, yet the account details are correct and there is money in, but as soon as I renew the thing my damn self then suddenly the account works but was told a day prior to that, that there was a failed attempt on the payment!

You guys are useless I swear, I will definitely not recommend anyone to do business with you!
