13 of my Business Clients lost their Websites Domains and Email addresses due to a security breach at GO Daddy. They are refusing to assist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GO DADDY.

Before you decide to do Business with Go Daddy or build a Website for yourself or your Clients on the Go Daddy Platform, I strongly recommend that you read my experience with Go Daddy below first. If this could happen to me, they can do the same to your Business and your Clients Businesses. Yesterday, the 5th of April, between 13h06 and 13h07 (1 minute) 61 Products was canceled and deleted from my platform. I reported this immediately as it clearly was a security breach. In 1 minute 13 Businesses lost their Website, Domain and Emails.

The email below was sent to most of the Senior Directors at GO daddy asking for urgent assistance. The email was sent to the CEO of Go Daddy, Mr Aman Bhutani as well.

To date, not one has made the effort to respond to my email or give me a call. They truly don't care, The only time they are prepared to assist if you pay them.

On the 5th of April, I received 61 Emails from Go Daddy Customer Care between 13h06 and 13h07, advising me that I have requested cancellations and deletions of products that was in my profile.

Kindly note, I did not request the cancellations, or the deletion of the products listed below.

I immediately phoned Go Daddy and have spoken to Amanda, Magali and Andre.

Yesterday, the 05/04/2022, Amanda was not prepared to assist me at all.

Magali tried to assist me, she promised to get back to me after I emailed all the requested information to her. The email was sent on the 05/04/2022, after 19h00pm. I have not received a call or an email from her in return.

This morning, I was told by Andre that I needed to pay in R12000.00 to recover the Domains, Websites and Emails.

The 61 products that was deleted happened between 13h06 and 13h07 (1 minute) on the 5th of April.

This was clearly a security breach as I did not request the cancellation or the deletion of my clients’ paid orders.

I truly need help so that I can recover my Clients Domains, Websites and Email Addresses please.
