Worst experience i've had, rather use Webuycars.

If you are planning on doing business with GoBid beware as their service is really appaling. I won a car that i wanted to purchase in a company name, i sent them a email immediately asking fot the process, over a period of a week i called and emailed various departments, none of the departments communicate or know what the next is doing, Eventually it took a week to get an answer and then i received a invoice without banking details, then they sent me the banking details via text and i paid the full balance, only to find that one of the departments cancelled my transaction and put the car back on auction the same day. They refunded my purchase price but took my R5k deposit as part of the cancellation fee. The CFO has no customer service and was not interested in keeping me as a future customer. To GoBid you are a number, the customer servie is non existent , the departments do not communicate with each other, their systems seem broken and its a nightmare to get information from the right department. Bid at your own Risk!

Official
GoBid was not able to process your sale onto your Company Name, as you were not able to supply us with a Business Registration Number Certificate (BRNC) as per the Road Traffic Act, which as a registered company you should be fami**** with and be law abiding.

You failed to mention that you have bought from us on another occasion and also did not pay for your cars and honor the sales. All South African auction Buyers know that Auctioneers charge a deposit to be able to participate in bidding, which is forfeited if you do not pay, as reserving vehicles without the intention of paying or supplying the relevant documentation in order to finalise the sale is costly to the Auctioneer, the Seller and the other Buyers who were serious about bidding, and who have now lost out because you did not honor your sale(s) and committments.

Further to the above, your statement that our banking details are not on the Sales Order is not correct. Please read our Sales Order again and you will see that there is a clear instruction to say GoBid is registered as a Public Recipient with the banks. If you are unfami**** with this process, you had the option to SMS yourself our banking details from your secure profile, or contact your bank for assistance.

In future when buying from any Auctioneer, please fami****ise yourself with their Terms and Conditions to which all buyers are bound (and enforcement of which does not constitute bad service), in order to avoid frustration.
