I am writing this letter to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent condition of vehicles purchased through your platform. This is a serious matter that is currently jeopardizing our ongoing business relationship.

As a frequent buyer operating under buyer profiles CST17676 and CST95930, I have noticed a recurring and unacceptable discrepancy between the condition of the vehicles during the bidding process and their condition at the time of collection.

Core Issues and Technical Damage Misleading Representation:

The auction images show vehicles with good bodywork, which is what I base my bids on.

Negligent Handling: Upon collection, it is clear that your heister (forklift) drivers are handling the vehicles with total disregard for their mechanical and structural integrity.

Severe Mechanical Damage: Beyond just body panels, your drivers are busting gearboxes and oil sumps due to improper lifting. This turns a repairable vehicle into a massive financial liability.

Impact on Business

Because of this negligence, my purchasing volume with GoBid has slowed down significantly. I cannot continue to bid on stock that is being systematically destroyed by your staff after the hammer falls.

I am now at a point where I am seriously considering stopping my use of GoBid entirely and taking my business back to other auctioneers who prioritize the care of their stock and the interests of their buyers.

Required Action

I value the GoBid platform, but I require immediate intervention. I would like to request a formal meeting or a call-back from the Operations Manager as soon as possible to discuss these damages and how GoBid intends to rectify this situation.

I need assurance that your loading protocols will be reviewed and that vehicles will be moved using the correct lifting points to avoid puncturing sumps or crushing transmissions.

I look forward to your prompt response and a plan for how you intend to rectify this situation.
