Struggling to get my registration papers - CST300408

I bought a car on the 14th of April 2025, paid for it the same day and collected it the next day. Everything went smoothly and the team at the Kempton Park branch are great!

I was told I'd be receiving the registration papers after 7 days, but that hasn't happened. I've enquired via email and no one has responded. I've called a few times and was transferred to the Reg Doc department and put on hold for over an hour but no one picks up.

Can someone please let me know when I'll be receiving the papers?
