Stripped car after purchased!!

I bought a BMW at the Cape Town branch. They sent me pictures of the vehicle that I purchased, however when the Vehicle arrived at my place in Joburg some of the parts were stripped. Luckily my Towing company made pictures when they collected my vehicle. Unfortunately, and unbeknown to me when it arrived the parts were missing. We have been struggling for a week and a half to get someone to give an explanation as to why or what happened. We requested them to take back the vehicle and refund me. NO ONE phones back or gives an update or knows anything about what happened. I am meeting with my lawyer this week to settle this issue. It's not the first time something like this has happened to us, and I am sure it won't be the last either.
